If you are looking for a group to cycle or train for triathlons with, or just want to add a social aspect to your exercising then we have something for you.
Training rides of various standards and abilities from the coffee shop cruise ride, right up to the serious cyclists training session. We have all cycling abilities catered for.

Then when it comes to triathlon training sessions we have accredited triathlon coaches running training sessions to help you achieve your own personal goals. Whether it is to finish your first triathlon right up to achieving you personal best, we have you covered!

Monday      
Tuesday 6pm Run
intervals approx 1 hour session great way to inprove your running times. If your improvement has been slow now is the time to introduce yourself to interval training, PBs garanteed. Have a run leg that your friends will envy and your competitors will fear.
Wednesday 6am Bike 50km 28 - 30 kmph with coffee shop stop at the end. Beginner to intermediated
Wednesday 6pm Bike
home trainer sessions inside the store approx 1 hour sessions if you are looking for mass improvements on the bike then this session is a must for all keen triathletes. This session can be structured to suit your level and is a great way to improve your cycling skills in a controled enviroment. Come along and watch those bike times drop.
Thursday 6pm Run Hills approx 1 hour session. Running hills will give you the strength to run over the top of your fellow competitors. Its every triathletes dream to get off the bike and be able to attack that run like the Pros, come along and see how.
Friday      
Saturday 6am Bike 60km heading south, flat with some rolling hills, with coffee stop. intermediate to advanced
Sunday      

Coaching.
Group training sessions now available, 3 sessions per week start at Shortis cycle and tri, 6:00 pm start.
All levels welcome.
Structured coached sessions by qualified coaches.

Cost - $8.00 per session or 10 sessions for $60.00. all session can be purchased from Shortis cycle and tri.
